At 20:00 pm on Sep. 18th 2015, Tianjin Zhongwang Alumimium Co., Ltd. 5# casting line of cast house, under nearly 2 hours’ efforts of working staff, cast one time success on 3 pcs. of 2000 series Al. alloy ingots. This gain is another critical periodic step, which has been achieved by close coordination among Zhongwang staff, equipment suppliers, construction company for nearly 1 year installation and commissioning, they overcome etc. various disadvantages of tight time schedule, heavy task and complicated geography condition.

After Sep. 18th successful casting, 5# casting line got one time success for another 3 pcs. of 2000 series ingot casting on Sep. 23th and 6 pcs. of hard alloy ingot by 2 batches of casting on Sep. 24th.

This trial success of 5# line predicted whole casting process join up, built up warranty for hot rolling mill plant continuous trial, and also ensured total production process smooth come through.This casting line adopted reasonable equipment arrangement and largely increased utilities rate of casting machine.
