On May 19th 2015 1:30PM, when commissioning person started pushbutton, for Super and Hi- precious Al and Al Alloy Manufacture Material Project in Tianjin Zhongwang Aluminium Co., Ltd. two sets of 7000 kW main motor of 4500mm Roughing Hot Rolling Mill commissioning activated. After two hours continuous running, each main motor’s monitor data are shown normally, realized two motor’s no-load test smoothly, set up solid foundation for trial production.

Since April.2015, 4500mm Roughing Hot Rolling Mill electrical commissioning started totally, with the hard work from construction company, foreign supervisor and Zhongwang staff, they overcame difficulties of short term, heavy work and high requirement, carried out safety system, media system and control system and main motor no-load test gradually. Now the main motor is running at no-load test status, the supervisor will optimize control parameter, guarantee motor’s static and dynamic character to reach high level requirement. Next step is load test of mill, thus make good preparation for 2nd half year.
