On Nov. 8, 863 project "Manufacturing Technology Development of High-quality Ultra-thin and Ultra-wide Aluminum Alloy Components" undertaken by Liaoning Zhongwang Group Co., Ltd. passed technical acceptance. The high-quality Ultra-thin, Ultra-wide and Corrosion-resistant Aluminum Alloy Profiles developed have been applied in batches on high-speed trains in China.

    At present, Zhongwang Group is one of the few enterprises in China that can develop and manufacture aluminum extrusion products for high-speed railway car bodies with speeds ranging from 300 kilometers, 350 kilometers to 400 kilometers per hour. In addition to providing aluminium alloy profiles for Chinese Zhonghua Harmony, Zhongwang Group is also one of the main suppliers of Fuxing aluminium profiles for the whole car body, and provides a lot of high-quality aluminium alloy profiles for metro projects in many cities at home and abroad.

The work has been applied to many urban traffic construction projects.
