In September this year, Zhongwang successfully acquired the controlling right of Una Aluminum, a German high-end aluminium extrusion enterprise, through its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary company, which was the first overseas acquisition of Zhongwang. The main products of Una Aluminum in Germany are high-end aluminium extruded seamless tubes for the world's top aircraft manufacturers. Its main customers include Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Mercedes-Benz, BMW and other world-renowned manufacturers, which have a leading position in Europe and even in the world.

The acquisition of Wuna Aluminum will greatly enhance Zhongwang's ability in seamless tube extrusion and further improve its product structure. It can also take advantage of Wuna Aluminum's product qualification certification and customer development experience to speed up the expansion of Zhongwang Group's business in aviation, automobile and other fields and comprehensively enhance its comprehensive strength.

At the end of October, Zhongwang, China, announced its successful acquisition of a controlling stake in Silver Yachts, an Australian-based all-aluminium superyacht manufacturer. Silver Yachts is one of the world's top yacht manufacturers. It is also the only company in the world capable of producing large-scale all-aluminium superyachts over 70 meters. Its main customers include members of the royal family of Gulf countries and famous American high-tech entrepreneurs.

According to the plan, Zhongwang will support Silver Yachts to build a new shipyard in China to manufacture super yachts or commercial ships to meet the growing demand of Asian market. Zhongwang of China will also take this as a base to develop and innovate super yacht and commercial ship technology, promote commercial mass production and manufacturing in this field, and accelerate the sound development of domestic super yacht and commercial ship.

M&A experts said that in recent years, China's Zhongwang development strategy has been "mainly domestic market, supplemented by overseas market". The domestic market is the solid foundation for its development. This year's overseas M&A shows the company's determination to open up the global market. Especially, the two leading enterprises with complementary business acquired this year have made a good start for the internationalization of China's loyalty and prosperity.
