?At 8:58 AM Aug.8th 2015, with one command from Mr. Li Qingjiang, Deputy General Manager, site operator switched on melting furnace immediately, two burning flame came out of burners and spurred to berth of melting furnace. After nearly 1 hour continuously investigating, each parameters work normally on the machine, Mr. Li announced proudly that Tianjin Zhongwang Aluminium Co. Ltd. ignition and baking started  successfully in cast house. According to site personnel statement: it’s predicted that this time furnace baking will last 15~20 days, have first liquid metal by the end of Aug.

This time ignition on melting furnace success will set up solid foundation on consequent future production with material.

This equipment is imported from Switzerland Gautschi Engineering GmbH, featured with low energy consumption and high efficiency, only need 50~54 cubic meter natural gas per one ton aluminium .Melting temperature is controlled by computer, the combustion system is automatic controlled, in order to ensure that the aluminium liquid metal, furnace temperature uniform and furnace pressure stable, with improved furnace usage safety.
